There are various ways we can all help our neighbours.
Many of us lead busy lives and it's all too easy at times to forget there are people living around us who struggle to manage everyday tasks. With your help we can ensure our neighbours have the help they need.
So, could you 'pledge an hour of your time' or 'pledge an hour of your salary'?
