As a non profit-making community service we rely heavily on generous donations from members of the public, local businesses and other generous supporters.
Those who are able to give to Hour Community actively support funding essential services for residents in need, living in Framlingham and the surrounding area.
We are currently raising money to support the renovation and refurbishment of Hour Place, our new Health and Wellbeing Community Hub.
Through this fundraising campaign we aim to raise £50,000, contributing to a wider target that will enable us to open Hour Place as a well-equipped, welcoming space and valuable community asset.
Our aim is for Hour Place to provide vital space for a wide range of health and wellbeing services including counselling, community nursing, social prescribing, Citizens Advice, and support groups for parents, carers, and older residents. It will also become the permanent home of Hour Community’s existing services, such as the dementia lunch club, mental health café, and volunteer coordination.
